In 2010, under the guidance of LaResse Harvey of A Better Way Foundation, a group of CT citizens joined together to form HempCT. We are a grassroots advocacy organization committed to ending the harm caused by CT's marijuana laws and shifting our focus towards more compassionate alternatives than prohibition. We engage with local communities, inspire critical dialogue, inform politicians and take direct action to restore health and sensibility to our marijuana system.
